BacklinkOps

BacklinkOps helps website owners discover relevant link opportunities, organize outreach, manage self-service submissions, and verify whether backlinks actually go live. It connects crawling, prospect research, outreach workflows and backlink verification in one workspace instead of treating every possible website as a guaranteed link.

01

The idea

Most backlink tools produce lists of domains or automate low-quality submissions. BacklinkOps is designed to answer the more useful question: which link opportunities are genuinely relevant, accessible and worth pursuing? The system evaluates public pages for resource, citation, contribution and directory signals. It records the evidence behind each opportunity, keeps manual review in the workflow, and verifies the final public URL before counting a backlink as acquired.

02

What we have built

The current foundation is a private, locally deployable backlink acquisition workspace. It includes authenticated project workspaces, website crawling, topical opportunity discovery, automatic discovery of public submission sites, self-service listing workflows, prospect contact research, evidence-based outreach drafts, campaign tracking, backlink verification and basic acquisition analytics. The crawler uses bounded requests and robots.txt checks. Opportunities remain clearly separated from verified backlinks. The system preserves link attributes such as nofollow, ugc and sponsored, while unmeasured metrics are shown as unknown instead of being presented as real authority or traffic data.

03

How it helps

Website owners, agencies and growth teams can replace scattered backlink research with a structured workflow. They can find relevant prospects, understand why each opportunity matters, prepare personalized outreach, track progress, and confirm whether a link is actually live. This helps reduce wasted outreach, avoid low-quality backlink tactics, and create a more transparent record of how each backlink opportunity was discovered and evaluated.

04

What is next

The current product supports a focused pilot workflow. Autonomous link placement, guaranteed backlinks, large-scale search discovery, scheduled crawling and multi-user SaaS features remain future roadmap work.

This is a private pilot project, not a public product launch. Access, availability and pricing are not yet announced; no outreach, ranking or revenue outcome is guaranteed.
